Lizzo Reacts To ‘South Park’ Parody Of Her Body Positivity Messaging In Ozempic Episode: ‘I’m Really That B*tch!’
Pop star Lizzo is seemingly unbothered by being referenced on adult comedy show South Park.
The “Good As Hell” songstress shared her blind reaction to the Comedy Central series joking about her body positivity message in an episode about Ozempic and weight loss, celebrating herself for getting the attention of “men in Colorado”.

In a video uploaded to her Instagram Lizzo, real name Melissa Viviane Jefferson, 36, watched the clip of an animated character explaining how she’s been using a fictional “Lizzo” drug to maintain her health, since she can’t afford the viral weight loss drug Ozempic. Reacting, the 36-year-old stated:
“That’s crazy. I just feel like, d**n, I’m really that **ch. I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f**k to the point where these men in Colorado know who the f**k I am and put it on their cartoon that’s been around for 25 years.”
The episode, titled “The End Of Obesity”, reportedly aired this past Friday (May 24th) and took aim at the weight loss drug craze currently happening in Hollywood. Additionally, the episode poked fun at Lizzo’s advocacy for body positivity, which is engrained in her music and celebrity persona. In recent months, the Grammy award winner has been more vocal about rejecting the industry’s relentless jokes and comments about her weight. Recently, Lizzo’s fans expressed concern for her after she stated she “quit” because of the issue.

However, the musician later clarified that she is only done giving energy to negativity. As we reported more recently, Lizzo says that she’s now “the happiest” she’s been in a long time following a severe bout of depression, stating in an Instagram live video:
“I’m the happiest I’ve been in 10 months. The strange thing about depression is you don’t know you’re in it until you’re out of it. I’m definitely not all the way as carefree as I used to be.. But the dark cloud that followed me every day is finally clearing up.”
