Irv Gotti Accused Of Sexual Assault & Abuse In New Lawsuit, Woman Claims She Was Committed To A ‘Psychiatric Ward’ As A Result Of The Relationship
Hip-hop veteran Irv Gotti was named in a new sexual abuse lawsuit.
Reports state that the 54-year-old was recently accused of rape and ongoing sexual abuse by a woman who says their toxic romance left her needing psychiatric help.

The complaint was reportedly filed in Miami on July 11th by a woman going by Jane Doe. She alleges that she met Irv Gotti, real name Irving Domingo Lorenzo, through a mutual friend back in 2020 and says the Murder Inc. co-founder subsequently invited her on a trip to St. Martin. After arriving, the plaintiff claims Irv Gotti coerced her into performing sexual favors for him against her will, threatening to send her home early if she didn’t do what he asked. Her attorney says in the suit about the matter:
“Due to his power and influence in the music world, she complied,”

Despite the incident, the plaintiff says she continued to see the famed music producer for two years. During this time, Jane Doe claims she “suffered constant abuse,” alleging he forced her into sexual acts on multiple occasions and berated her to his “vast social network in and around Los Angeles.” On one specific occasion, the woman claims Gotti flew her to Miami and pressured her to perform oral sex on him as they rode in an elevator at the Four Seasons hotel.

Later while the pair were in Atlanta, the woman claims Gotti forced her to perform the same act while they were in an Uber. Her attorney alleges the last offense was the final straw before she exited the relationship, writing in the suit:
“Following this event, the relationship ended,”
The complaint went on to allege that the woman had to receive psychiatric treatment for the alleged emotional turmoil she underwent due to the relationship, adding in the suit:
“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional and psychological harm for which she had to be committed to a psychiatric ward…These injuries continue and affect Plaintiff to this day.”

It does not appear that Gotti has responded to the suit at this time.
