Diddy Will Testify In His Upcoming Trial, Attorney Says
Diddy is taking the stand in his upcoming trial. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo appears in TMZ Studios’ documentary “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment” and revealed that he plans to testify in court.
While this means Diddy will be able to share his side of things as he’s charged with crimes like racketeering and sex trafficking, it also means he’ll be cross-examined by prosecutors on hot button topics like his “freak off” parties and physical and sexual abuse allegations against him.
His attorney says he knows it’s a risk, but he believes it’s worth it as Diddy is the most suited to tell his own story.
TMZ’s documentary is now streaming on Tubi.
