R. Kelly Reportedly Defends Diddy From Jail, Calls Investigation A ‘Federal Conspiracy’
R. Kelly is stepping into the spotlight from behind bars, defending Diddy amid federal sex crime charges.
According to Radar Online, the disgraced R&B singer, serving a 30-year sentence for sex trafficking, has claimed that the case against Diddy is part of a “federal conspiracy.”
In a statement, Kelly reportedly said,
“I don’t believe none of this s***. You could tell me about Puffy, you could tell me about anybody… I’m not gonna believe the s***.”
He attributed the investigations to Diddy’s “flagrant” display of wealth, suggesting that federal agents are targeting him due to his fame.
He continued, emphasizing the precarious situation celebrities find themselves in amid such allegations:
“The s*** is crazy. Motherf****** out there laughing and making comedian jokes… but they a** could be next.
On Sept. 16, Diddy was arrested in New York City, facing serious charges including sex trafficking and racketeering. He is reportedly on suicide watch in pretrial detention after a federal judge denied his bail request.
As both men grapple with their situations, Kelly’s unexpected defense raises eyebrows, while Diddy prepares for his legal challenges ahead.
