Following Williams’ comments about the matter on a recent episode of ‘RHOA,’ Guobadia took to Instagram sharing the court motion he’s filed against his soon-to-be former spouse, writing as a caption to the post:
“My goal until a final resolution is reached in my pending divorce is release evidence that refutes any attempt at distorting factual events, humiliating me or my legacy, in a public setting. If an amendment needs to be made to any legal action already filed, I will instruct my attorneys to do so.”
Williams and Guobadia have been back-and-forth in court over their shared home, with Williams reportedly scoring the latest win as a judge ruled she can continue filming there despite Guobadia’s cease-and-desist.
