Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader Armani Latimer Becomes Emotional Before Dancing w/o A Wig For Alopecia Awareness
Armani Latimer is showing incredible strength in her battle with alopecia.
In an emotional video shared by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders’ Instagram, Armani is seen teary-eyed before dancing without a wig for the first time at the Cowboys vs. Bengals game on Dec. 9 in support of Alopecia Awareness.
The caption read,
“Confidence takes center stage for Alopecia Awareness.”
Armani Latimer previously told Women’s Health that her early days as a cheerleader were tough due to alopecia, and she wore sew-ins to cover her bald spots. After her hair fully fell out, she switched to wigs when she joined the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

She shared,
“It was such a tumultuous time that I was only able to give about 50 percent of my effort… having teammates to sit and cry with was healing.” She also credited her team and family for helping her stay positive, saying, “I wouldn’t be anywhere without my support system.”
