Attorney Tony Buzbee, Who Represents Jay-Z’s R*pe Accuser, Has Filed A Lawsuit Against Roc Nation
Attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents Jay-Z’s r@pe accuser, has filed a lawsuit against Roc Nation, Marcy Croft, and Quinn Emanuel for allegedly violating state laws, including barratry and impersonating public officials. He writes in a lengthy post announcing the suit:
“The case was brought on behalf of a former client of the firm who was illegally solicited by agents working on behalf of the Defendants. These agents pretended to [be] working for the State of Texas and offered the former client money to sue the Buzbee Law Firm.”
According to Buzbee, agents working on behalf of Roc Nation illegally solicited the firm’s former clients, offering up to $10,000 to file “frivolous” lawsuits against his firm.
Buzbee alleges this is part of a conspiracy to obstruct justice and intimidate his firm from pursuing cases related to the Diddy litigation in New York.

He also states that the alleged misconduct was caught on tape and has been reported to authorities.
This lawsuit comes weeks after Jay-Z sued the Buzbee Law Firm, accusing it of extortion in connection with Buzbee’s representation of clients accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual misconduct.
