Diddy Accused Of Meth Possession & Dangling Woman Over Balcony In Expanded Indictment
Diddy is facing more allegations in his ongoing s*x trafficking case.
We previously reported on the expanded indictment against him, which extends the timeframe of the alleged offenses from 2004 to 2024 and names new victims under the racketeering conspiracy charge. However, new details have emerged.
In the 15-page document filed Thursday (Jan. 30), prosecutors now claim Diddy coerced two additional women into commercial s*x acts, “dangled a victim over a hotel balcony,” and possessed and intended to distribute methamphetamine and psilocin, a hallucinogen.

The hotel balcony claim seemingly references Bryana ‘Bana’ Bongolan, a creative who sued Diddy in November 2023, alleging he dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony while screaming at her in 2016.
Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, dismissed the new claims, calling them “ridiculous” and maintaining that Diddy is committed to fighting the charges:
“Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial.”
Diddy remains in custody, and his trial is set for May 5. If convicted, he faces 15 years to life in prison.
