Wayne had previously expressed disappointment over not being selected to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show, especially since the event is in his hometown of New Orleans. Kendrick Lamar will be taking center stage instead, a choice that sparked some debate online.
Fans can expect Wayne to make his “exciting” announcement on Thursday, February 6.
