Tia Mowry Embraces Single Life At 46: ‘I’m Not Afraid Anymore’
At 46, Tia Mowry is embracing single life and shutting down societal expectations. The actress, who divorced Cory Hardict in 2023 after 15 years of marriage, says she’s finally found peace.
“At one point, I thought the idea of being ‘alone’ was scary… but now that I’m here? I’m not scared anymore,” Tia Mowry shared on Instagram.
In a recent reel, she highlighted joyful moments—traveling, parenting, walking red carpets—with the caption,
“Doing everything but worrying about being single in my 40s.”
Tia Mowry tackled the stigma around older women being unpartnered, writing,
“There’s this stigma that we shouldn’t be single in our 40s, like thriving on your own isn’t an option.”
While admitting she still loves love and sometimes feels lonely, she affirmed,
“That’s not the only thing we should measure our happiness on.”
