Diddy’s ‘Freak Off Videos May Be Shown At S*x Tr@fficking Trial After Push From His Legal Team
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ upcoming federal sex trafficking trial may feature controversial video evidence from his alleged “freak off” parties.
According to reports, Diddy’s legal team submitted a questionnaire to a pool of potential jurors this past Friday (April 11), which included a question about whether they would be willing to view sexually explicit content or videos depicting physical assault.

His lawyers also reportedly asked jurors about their views on non-monogamous sexual relationships.
Diddy’s team reportedly believes the footage will ultimately help his case, claiming it shows consensual activity between adults in long-term relationships and asserting that the videos will exonerate him.
Prosecutors, however, argue the videos reveal that Combs coerced, drugged, and trafficked women into non-consensual sexual acts, sometimes involving hired prostitutes. They reportedly submitted a letter to the judge following the jury questionnaire, arguing that it is overly lengthy and may confuse jurors.
The trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025, in Manhattan and centers on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting individuals for prostitution. Combs has pleaded not guilty and is currently being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
As the trial approaches, the admissibility and interpretation of the “freak off” videos are expected to play a pivotal role in the proceedings.
What are your thoughts on the videos?
