Colin Kaepernick’s Wife Says He’s Still Training ‘All Day, Every Day’ In Hopes Of NFL Comeback:
‘Nothing’s Changed!’
It looks like Colin Kaepernick is still holding out hope for an NFL return.
His wife, media personality Nessa Diab, recently revealed that the 37-year-old quarterback remains committed to the grind, continuing to train “all day, every day” while waiting for a team to call.

“Nothing’s changed!” Nessa said when asked about Colin’s status.
And when pressed about whether he’s still actually trying to play, she doubled down:
“Of course he is! It’s all up to the teams if they’ll let him.”
Colin last played in the NFL in 2016, the same season he began kneeling during the national anthem to protest police brutality and racial injustice. The move sparked major controversy, earning both praise and backlash nationwide.
Despite being a talented quarterback who once led the 49ers to the Super Bowl, no team has signed him since. Many believe he was blackballed by the league for his activism, though the NFL has denied that claim. In 2019, Colin settled a grievance with the league, but he’s continued expressing interest in a return.
Over the years, he’s kept up with intense training and even written letters to teams asking for tryouts — but so far, no official comeback.
Is Kaepernick’s dedication inspiring… or is it time to hang it up?
