6ix9ine Pleads Not Guilty After Raid Uncovers MDMA, Coc@ine Residue & G*n
6ix9ine pleaded not guilty in a Manhattan federal courtroom to four counts tied to a March 12 police raid of his Florida home. Prosecutor Jonathan Rebold said cops were tipped off that 6ix9ine had MDM@ and a revolv3r.
They found “three orange MDM@ pills and a small baggie with coc*ine residue” in his bedroom. In a poolhouse, police also discovered f*ntanyl, m@rijuana, and a Glock 9mm, where his brother—who has a concealed carry permit—was staying.
“We do not have victims at this time,” Rebold said, addressing an unsubstantiated report that “MDM@ was mixed into alcoholic beverages and served to females.”
Judge Paul Engelmayer noted 6ix9ine still owes over 100 hours of community service and has six months left on supervised release.
His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, said, “I think we should be able to resolve this.” A May 22 hearing will present further evidence, including DNA results on the seized g*n.
Y’all think 6ix9ine is headed back to prison?
