Shannon Sharpe Remains At ESPN For Now Amid S*xual A$$ault Lawsuit, Source Says
Reports about Shannon Sharpe being done at ESPN are making the rounds, but one source close to the network says not so fast.
Sharpe recently made headlines after being hit with a $50 million lawsuit over (alleged) s*xual a$$ault, claims he has denied through his attorney. In the wake of the suit, some ESPN insiders have questioned his future at the network, pointing to the 2023 dismissal of Michael Irvin under similar circumstances.

Well, now… reporter Loren Lorosa tweeted:
“There are reports circulating that Shannon Sharpe’s career at ESPN is over. I reached out to a source familiar with production at ESPN on this… who tells me… He (Shannon) is STILL on First Take Mondays and Tuesdays… so any other day of the week Shannon is not on… is JUST a scheduled day off.”
Looks like his spot at ESPN is safe… for now.
