Diddy’s Legal Team Reportedly Plans To Use His ‘Mental Condition’ As A Defense In Upcoming S*x Trafficking Trial

Diddy’s legal team reportedly plans to highlight his “mental condition” during his upcoming sex trafficking trial.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, they will argue that his mental capacity was impaired due to being under the influence during the alleged crimes. To support this claim, they have enlisted a professor from Columbia University to testify.

However, the prosecution argues that the doctor’s testimony is based on general experience with other individuals, not Diddy specifically. They also claim that the defense failed to properly notify the court about potential evidence suggesting that dr*gs and alcohol may have affected Diddy’s memory or cognitive function.

Jury selection is set to begin on May 5, with opening statements scheduled for May 12.
