Lil Durk’s Unreleased Track ‘Scoom His A**’ Seized By Feds As Evidence To Prove He’s Too Dangerous For Bond
Lil Durk’s legal team continues to fight for his release on bond, but federal prosecutors are pushing back—this time, with lyrics.
In a new filing, the U.S. government claims to have *“seized”* an unreleased song titled “Scoom His A**,” which they argue “corroborate defendant’s danger.”
The track includes lines about “rid[ing] through Beverly Hills with choppers” and calling himself a “bounty hunter,” mirroring the alleged m*rder-for-hire plot tied to the 2023 slaying of Quando Rondo’s cousin in Los Angeles.
Prosecutors allege Lil Durk “conspired with others to murder a rival rapper,” naming the victim as “T.B.” believed to be Tyquian Bowman (aka Quando Rondo). Though Lil Durk’s team blames fan pages for spreading unofficial music, the feds claim the audio was found on a “co-conspirator’s cellular phone pursuant to a federal search warrant.”
A judge has yet to rule on Durk’s bond or motion to dismiss.
