Shannon Sharpe Says 50% Of People Are ‘Glad’ He Has Problems As He Battles Lawsuits From Ex-Girlfriends
Shannon Sharpe is reflecting on some harsh realities as he faces serious s*xual a$$ault allegations.
On a recent episode of his #NightCap podcast, the former NFL star shared a moment of vulnerability, saying,
“In the process of proving you right, you’ll prove them wrong. Stop worrying about what people don’t know you think. I just need the people that I love to love me.”
He continued,
“Everybody knows what l’m going through, but… when you think about it … fifty percent of the people don’t care that you have problems, the other fifty percent is glad that you got them.”

Sharpe is currently the subject of two lawsuits. Most recently, he was hit with a $50 million from a woman claiming he r@ped her twice during their relationship.
Another woman, Michele Bundy Evans, alleges that she dated Sharpe for nearly a decade and says he s*xually a$$aulted her in 2010, later thre@tening to “destroy” her if she ever spoke out. In 2023, she filed a $4 million defamation lawsuit against Sharpe. The case is still ongoing.
