According to a press release from SCORCH Ltd, the singer was paid to perform a 45-minute set at Queen’s Park Savannah on May 10, but delivered “a significantly shorter” performance than what was agreed upon.
The statement read:
“SCORCH Ltd honoured its full financial obligations under the contract… The performance delivered by Ms. Cole was significantly shorter than what was contractually agreed… This outcome was entirely beyond the control of SCORCH Ltd and its Partners.”

Company owners also confirmed they’re “presently considering all legal remedies available” over what they called a “breach of the performance terms.”
Keyshia responded to the press release, commenting,
“Wow!!!!!!!!”
Before the statement, fans were already complaining online about how short her set was, with Keyshia Cole even taking to her IG Story, claiming she was only invited to do three songs.
