Diddy’s Ex-Girlfriend Gina Huynh Unlikely To Testify In S*x Trafficking Trial, Journalist Says: ‘Not Usually Effective To Subpoena A Victim-
Witness’

It looks like Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ ex-girlfriend Gina Huynh will likely not be forced to take the stand in his ongoing federal s*x trafficking trial.

According to journalist Matthew Russell Lee, who has been closely covering the high-profile case, prosecutors typically avoid subpoenaing alleged victims to testify in federal court. When asked by a follower why Gina hasn’t been called to testify, he explained:

“It’s not a good [look], nor is it usually effective, to subpoena a victim-witness.”

He added:

“In U.S. v. Sean Combs, the prosecutors have brought in witnesses on subpoenas, for example, Kerry Morgan and personal assistant George Kaplan, even giving Kaplan immunity. But so far, no Gina.”

Gina has a complicated history with Diddy, having been romantically linked to him on and off for several years. Their relationship frequently made headlines, including during the period when Diddy was also publicly dating Yung Miami of the City Girls. Gina and Yung Miami infamously exchanged words online over the mogul, adding fuel to public interest in Gina’s connection to the case.

Unlike other key witnesses, such as Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, who chose to cooperate with the prosecution, there have been no reports that Gina has volunteered to testify of her own accord.

As the trial continues, it’s unclear whether prosecutors will change course, but for now, it appears Gina Huynh will remain absent from the witness list.
