Quavo Hosts 2nd Annual Rocket Summit To Fight G*n Violence In Honor Of Fellow Migos Member Takeoff

Quavo is turning pain into purpose.

The rapper returned to Atlanta to host the second annual Rocket Summit, an event focused on addressing g*n v*olence. Held at the College Football Hall of Fame during G*n V*olence Prevention Month, the summit was organized by Quavo and The Rocket Foundation in memory of his nephew and fellow Migos member, Takeoff.

This year’s event brought together survivors, youth, local advocates, and national leaders for a day of panels and breakout sessions centered on reducing v*olence and building safer communities. One panel, The Urgency of Now, featured experts like Marcus Ellis of Cities United and Angela Ferrell-Zabala of Moms Demand Action.

Another panel, We Are the Change, highlighted grassroots leaders like Leonard Dungee of H.O.P.E. Hustlers and Aaliyah Strong of Tyme to Thrive.

The day wrapped with a keynote conversation featuring Quavo and podcast hosts Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson. Quavo stressed the importance of healing and said he’s committed to creating a safer future for Atlanta.

We love to see it. Share your thoughts below.
