Khloé, who underwent a major physical transformation in recent years and has often been praised for her dedication to fitness, revealed that her weight loss came with unexpected emotional pressure. The 40-year-old explained that when she was heavier, she already knew the criticism people had, but once she slimmed down, a new kind of anxiety crept in.
“I felt such a need that I had to keep this up, even if it wasn’t for me,” she admitted. “I felt like, well, I can’t get fat again because everyone’s expecting that to happen.”
After receiving constant praise for her slimmer figure, Khloé said she eventually realized how meaningless external validation really was. “It’s all so fake,” she expressed. Now, she’s focused on checking in with herself and making sure her fitness goals are rooted in health, not public approval.
