Druski Cleared Of $exually A$$aulting Woman w/ Diddy As Judge Determines He Wasn’t In The State On Date Of Alleged Incident
Druski just scored a legal win in the civil case tying him to an alleged 2018 assault involving Diddy and others.
On Wednesday (July 2), U.S. District Judge Rita Lin noted that while there was “a reasonable factual basis to name him [Druski]” in the complaint, she ultimately ruled it was “virtually certain” the comedian was in Georgia at the time of the incident, which allegedly occurred in California.
Druski previously denied the allegation on X, calling it “a fabricated lie.” He added, “I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry.”
He also submitted records showing he had just 91 cents in his account in April 2018, along with phone logs confirming all 16 calls made that day were either incoming or outgoing from Georgia numbers.
The court will now move forward with Druski’s motion for sanctions against accuser Ashley Parham and her legal team. A hearing is scheduled for July 8.
