The rapper’s NFL boyfriend, #StefonDiggs, revealed the s3x of their first child together while speaking with PEOPLE at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards. An excited Stefon, 31, said, “It’s a boy. That’s enough for me. I can’t wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around.” In a separate interview at the same event with Extra, he touched on Cardi’s due date and added, “It’s supposed to happen real soon, so wish us both luck.”

#Cardi, 33, shares three children, one son and two daughters, with her estranged husband, #Offset. The exes secretly tied the knot in 2017, and in July 2024, Cardi filed for divorce for the second time.
