Singer Aaron Hall Still Missing Months After Being Accused Of Restraining Woman During Alleged Diddy S*x A$$ault
R&B singer Aaron Hall has yet to be located as a federal civil lawsuit connected to Sean “Diddy” Combs continues without his participation.
Hall, 61, is listed as a co-defendant in a 2023 lawsuit filed by Liza Gardner, who accuses both men of s*xually a$$aulting her after an MCA Records function in the 1990s. While Diddy has been formally served, repeated attempts to deliver legal papers to Hall have failed.
Gardner’s attorney, Tyrone A. Blackburn, is now requesting court approval to use service by publication — a rare legal step that would allow notices to appear in newspapers and be mailed to Hall’s last known addresses.
Private investigator Carlos Jackson was hired in September 2025 to search areas in California and Georgia believed to be connected to Hall. Despite what Blackburn described as “extensive, diligent, and good faith efforts,” no confirmed location was found.
Blackburn later told the court that publication is now the only remaining option.
Both Hall and Diddy deny the allegations.
