Bad Bunny Envisions Being ‘Retired’ Is In His Future + Dreams Of Eating Tripletas & Living In Puerto Rico
Bad Bunny is offering a glimpse into how he imagines life beyond the spotlight — and it includes a lot more time at home.
During a pre-recorded appearance on “The Late Show,” which aired this week, the Puerto Rican superstar took part in Stephen Colbert’s “Questionert” segment. When asked to describe the rest of his life in five words, the 31-year-old artist replied: “happy,” “retired,” “eating,” “tripletas,” and “living in Puerto Rico.”
The word “retired” stood out, signaling that while his career remains at full speed, Bad Bunny already envisions eventually stepping away from music to enjoy a simpler life rooted in his culture.
The segment aired as Bad Bunny prepares for his upcoming Super Bowl LX halftime performance on February 8. Despite backlash from conservative groups and online rumors about the show, the artist has largely shrugged off criticism, joking on “Saturday Night Live” that viewers still had time to learn Spanish before the big game.
