The pair are said to be treating the relationship like a “friends-with-benefits” situation, with insiders explaining that “Lewis and Kim are not dating exclusively.” They’re also aware that Kanye “was friends with Lewis in the past,” which is part of the reason they’re keeping things low-key and avoiding anything that could agitate him. Another source said they’re “currently not making it any more than just fun.”
