Kamala Harris Revives Campaign Accounts w/ “Headquarters” Rebrand Targeting Young Voters
After a 15-month hiatus, Kamala Harris’ campaign social media accounts are back with a whole new look.
Former Vice President #KamalaHarris is stepping back into political organizing with the launch of a new online hub aimed at engaging young voters, as speculation continues about a possible 2028 presidential bid. Harris announced Thursday (Feb.5) that she’s repurposing her dormant campaign social media accounts, which once drew millions of followers, into a project called #Headquarters, a digital space meant to mobilize progressive young people.
The initiative is being run in partnership with the nonprofit People For the American Way and includes many staffers from her 2024 presidential campaign, with Harris serving as an honorary “chair emerita.” In a short video introducing the effort, Harris said, “It’s where you can go online to get basically the latest of what’s going on and also to meet and revisit with some of our great, courageous leaders,” and urged supporters to stay involved.
