‘Tamron Hall’ Survives Daytime TV Shakeup + Secures Season 8 Renewal
“Tamron Hall” is officially coming back for another season, reinforcing its staying power in a rapidly shrinking daytime TV landscape.
The ABC-owned TV station group has renewed the talk show for Season 8, as several competing programs prepare to exit the space.
The upcoming season will carry the theme “Let’s Keep Talking,” a message host Tamron Hall says reflects both the show’s mission and the current state of the industry.
“And I said, ‘Let’s Keep Talking.’ Season 8. That’s our thing,” Hall explained to Variety. “The landscape is always going to change… I think that will never go out of style.”
The renewal marks a major milestone for the show, which debuted in 2019 and quickly built a loyal audience known as the “Tam Fam.”
Over the years, it has earned two Daytime Emmy Awards and secured high-profile interviews and exclusives.
With multiple daytime shows ending, Hall sees the renewal as an opportunity to grow. “I am a fan of daytime. Is it an opportunity? I sure hope so,” she said.
