Rapper Ice Spice Dragged To Court Over $20,000 Unpaid Wig Bill-She Claims Company Is Being ‘Overly Dramatic
Rapper Ice Spice is pushing back in court after being accused of owing thousands to a wig company, escalating an ongoing legal dispute.
According to court documents, Ice Spice is calling out Thee Bella Brand for filing suit over what she describes as a contractual disagreement. The rapper claims the company has been “overly dramatic” and alleges it is attempting to apply “public pressure” on her through the lawsuit.
The legal battle stems from a 2025 complaint in which Thee Bella Brand accused Ice Spice of failing to pay roughly $20,000 for 25 custom wigs. The company also alleged the rapper damaged its reputation by criticizing the business on social media, seeking more than $400,000 in damages tied to lost opportunities and punitive claims.
In response, Ice Spice argues there is no proof she interfered with the company’s business, maintaining the matter is, at most, a standard breach of contract dispute.
Meanwhile, the company is continuing legal efforts, including attempting to depose the artist.
