“The View” Co-Hosts Say There’s A ‘Special Place In Hell’ For Trump Supporter Caitlyn Jenner After She Asked The President For Help Over Trans Policies That Changed Her Passport Gender Marker From Female Back To Male

#CaitlynJenner is catching heat after asking her good friend, Donald Trump, for special treatment.

ICYMI: During a recent podcast appearance, Caitlyn revealed she reached out to Trump after running into issues correcting her passport’s gender marker from M (male) to F (female). The former Olympic athlete explained that after transitioning in 2015, all of her documents reflected her as female. But when her passport expired, and she applied for a new one, it listed her sex as “male.” She said she tried to fix it herself by mailing the State Department a hard copy of her amended birth certificate, but “they didn’t change it.” Calling it a “safety factor,” Caitlyn said that while she has Trump’s personal cell number, she chose to write him a letter asking for help. She added that her friend never responded; however, she’s “not blaming him whatsoever” and “loves what he’s doing.”

After sharing her situation, the backlash came quick, including from the hosts of The View. On Monday’s episode, Ana Navarro didn’t hold back, saying, “Caitlyn Jenner? Girl, cry me a river. Let me play my little violin for you.” Pointing out that #Trump wasted no time implementing his trans-related policies, she added, “Changing the marker on the passports is an executive order that he signed on day one.”

She continued, “There’s a special place in hell for people who only care about themselves and don’t care about the effect on others.” The rest of the panel also weighed in, with #WhoopiGoldberg questioning Caitlyn directly: “Did [you] think you had a pass?… You really better think about what you’re voting for.”
