In a now-deleted statement, Daphne, who dated and has a child with Diddy’s archnemesis #50Cent, got candid about the situation, writing, “The recent leak was a tape I never consented to being filmed on,” and alleging she was “blackmailed” by someone in the video who threatened to release it unless she paid a lump sum of money.

According to Daphne, she “almost gave in” to the demand, but after refusing, the person “eventually sold this tape to a giant media outlet.” She noted that the outlet reached out for comment before release — a moment she describes as overwhelming, saying “it was the first time I ever fainted in my life.” She added that once the company realized the tape was tied to “revenge p*rn and an extortion scheme,” they chose not to move forward.

Opening up further, Joy seemingly reflected on her previous time with #Diddy and what led up to the now-viral footage, admitting, “I just wanted my man at the time to be happy and satisfied… even if that meant breaking my own boundaries,” while now recognizing “it was far from love.” She described rewatching the video as “triggering and painful,” adding, “My heart is breaking as I type this,” as she focuses on healing and learning to “love and trust myself again.”
