BIA Under Fire After Reposting White House Video Featuring Her Song “We On Go”
#BIA has ruffled some feathers with one of her latest IG reposts.
The rapper is facing backlash online after resharing a video posted by the White House. The reel, which features BIA’s song We On Go, highlights President #Trump’s June 14 UFC Freedom 250 event, held in celebration of his birthday and the upcoming U.S. 250th anniversary. While the repost doesn’t necessarily indicate any political support for Trump, it didn’t take long for critics to call out BIA for not publicly condemning the Trump administration, as many other artists have done when their music is used in White House–shared content.
#TJBCrew, is the internet overreacting? Or is the backlash warranted?
