TV Personality Sidney Starr Placed In Jail’s Vulnerable Population Unit After Arrest For Allegedly Molesting Boy In Georgia Hotel Room

#SidneyStarr is getting settled into her new surroundings.

The “Love & Hip Hop” alum is being held in the Fulton County Jail’s vulnerable population unit, a section reserved for #LGBTQ+ inmates, according to TMZ. A Fulton County Sheriff’s Office rep shared with the outlet that Sidney was placed in the unit because she “identified as someone who engages in a particular lifestyle” during intake — not because of her charges — and that she faces no extra restrictions or security concerns despite accused child predators typically being targeted by other inmates. She’s housed in a dormitory with standard privileges, including three meals a day, recreation, phone access, and showers.

ICYMI: Sidney was arrested Sunday (Aug. 2) over an alleged incident involving a juvenile at Embassy Suites in Hapeville, Georgia, and was booked on charges including s3xual battery against a child under 16, aggravated s3xual molest@tion, and sodomy.

Sidney has denied the claims, saying in a released statement that the “allegations should not be mistaken for fact, and public opinion should never replace due process.”
