Kim Kardashian’s Hidden Hills Mansion Allegedly Burglarized, Suspect Arrested After Taking Staffer’s Car For A Joyride

A 27-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly targeting Kim Kardashian’s Hidden Hills property over the weekend, TMZ reports.

The suspect allegedly showed up at Kardashian’s estate Sunday while the property was undergoing renovations. Authorities were reportedly told he forced his way through a door and began removing items from the property. A security guard reportedly spotted the man loading items into a vehicle and contacted authorities.

The situation allegedly escalated when the man got behind the wheel of a vehicle belonging to one of Kardashian’s staff members and drove it around the neighborhood. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies responded, surrounded the property and ultimately took the suspect into custody without further incident.

Authorities said no one was injured and no weapons were found. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of burglary, and his identity has not been publicly released.

Kardashian and her children were reportedly not living at the mansion at the time. They have been staying elsewhere while renovations are underway. However, there is some dispute over exactly what happened: sources close to Kardashian told the outlet the suspect never actually made it inside the home and said Kardashian currently has none of her belongings there.

The investigation remains ongoing.
