Tupac M*rder Convict Keefe D Denies Diddy’s Alleged $1 Million H!t & Asks Mogul For Help: ‘Look Out For My Kids’
Duane “Keefe D” Davis is speaking out following his conviction for first-degree m#rder in the 1996 k!lling of Tupac Shakur — and he’s making some major claims about Sean “Diddy” Combs, Suge Knight and Tupac’s family.
During his first interview with The Hollywood Reporter since the conviction, Davis was asked what he would say to Diddy. He responded, “Help me out in here. Look out for my family. Look out for my kids and my family.” He then directly rejected the long-running allegation that Diddy offered $1 million to have Tupac and Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knight k!lled. “Puff never said he wanted a h!t out on [Shakur and Knight] for a million dollars,” Davis said. “My lawyer made that sh*t up. Him and Chuck Philips. They wrote a script for me and all that.”
Davis also addressed Tupac’s family, who were present during his trial, and made it clear he didn’t have a message for them. “I ain’t got nothing to say to them,” he said. “I didn’t like the way they was looking at me — like they was ready to beat me up.” He also took issue with what he says happened inside the courthouse, adding, “And I didn’t like the way the prosecutors kept bringing them in the back room where the jury was. That felt biased to me.”
When it came to Suge Knight, who was with Tupac when the rapper was f@tally shot in Las Vegas, Davis insisted Knight could support his claim that he wasn’t inside the vehicle involved in the sh00ting. “He should tell the truth,” Davis said. “He knows I wasn’t there in that car that night.”
Davis has maintained his innocence despite his conviction, while his latest comments add another chapter to the decades of allegations and competing accounts surrounding Tupac’s k!lling.
