Norman Baker is getting candid about why he chose not to participate in documentaries centered around Wendy Williams.
Baker, who worked as a producer on The Wendy Williams Show, opened up about his relationship with the longtime talk show host during an appearance on @awftherecordpodcast (Awf The Record podcast). According to a preview of the upcoming episode, Baker was approached about participating in documentaries about Williams but ultimately declined.
Explaining his decision, Baker said he “didn’t wanna be involved in trashing her,” signaling that his history with Williams played a role in choosing not to participate. The podcast teased that Baker also discusses his relationship with Williams, the confirmed documentaries and his thoughts on producer Suzanne Bass’ involvement.
Williams’ life has been the subject of multiple documentary projects in recent years, bringing increased attention to her personal circumstances following the end of The Wendy Williams Show in 2022.
