Influencer Ari Fletcher Responds To ‘Deadbeat’ Criticism, Says She Retired Her Mom, Who Now Homeschools Her Son

Influencer and entrepreneur Ari Fletcher is responding to criticism about her parenting after seeing people online call her a “deadbeat.”

“I see y’all said I was a deadbeat,” Ari said at the start of a recent video before explaining the role her mother plays in helping care for and educate her son, Yosohn. Ari revealed that she was able to retire her mother, who now serves as both Yosohn’s nanny and teacher. “My mother that I retired, that is my nanny and also my son’s teacher. She homeschools him,” Ari explained, adding that her son also participates in live lessons.

Ari praised her mother’s patience and passion for education, revealing that she’s currently pursuing her third master’s degree. “My mama loves school. She loves it. She’s literally getting her third master’s degree right now because she just f*cking wants to,” she said.

The influencer also made it clear that she’s proud to be able to financially support her mother. “I hope you all are able to retire your parents one day and buy them a car, let them drive the latest cars,” Ari said, adding, “Let them live a financially free life.”
