Nolan Wells, Teen Who Mysteriously D!ed In Mississippi, Friends Say They’ve Received B0mb & D3ath Thr3ats After No Charges Filed In His D3ath

Attorneys representing three of Nolan Wells’ friends say their clients have been hit with b0mb and d3ath threats as controversy continues surrounding the 18-year-old’s d3ath.

In a statement obtained by TMZ, attorneys Edward Andrew Paltzik and Tyler Cox said Jax Pitalo, Warren Hudson and Morgan Seymour “refuse to be intimidated by today’s litany of b0mb and d3ath thr3ats.” The lawyers said the alleged threats came from people outside the community and followed claims by Wells family attorney Ben Crump that Snapchat messages had been deleted from Nolan’s phone.

The attorneys accused Crump of fueling “runaway speculation and wild sensationalism.” Jackson County District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath has disputed the suggestion that someone physically accessed Nolan’s phone to delete the messages, saying the Snapchat activity referenced by Crump’s team involved actions by other users.

The latest development comes days after a Mississippi grand jury determined there was insufficient evidence to bring criminal charges in Nolan’s d3ath. The grand jury said the evidence was consistent with dr0wning and found no evidence of criminal conduct, though both the state medical examiner and an independent pathologist hired by Nolan’s family classified his cause and manner of death as undetermined. Nolan’s family has continued to question the circumstances surrounding his de@th and has called for further investigation.
