Tomorrow, August 9th, would have been the late Whitney Houston’s 49th birthday. This afternoon, her daughter, Bobbi Kristina took to twitter to share how she plans to celebrate her mother’s memory, with tattoos. Holding a photo of her mother, she wrote:
