First Lady Michelle Obama Takes Her Talents to Morgan State University

“Fired up ready to go” an anxious crowd chanted after watching videos of President Obama and listening to politicians at Morgan State University. On Friday, First Lady Michelle Obama, along with the likes of: Senator Barbra Mikulski, Senator Ben Cardin, Congressman Elijah Cummings, and Governor Martin O’Malley, took their talents to Baltimore to speak with students and area residents about the upcoming election.
Rocking a black and white dress with sheer sleeves, light jewels, and classic black pumps, FLOTUS took the stage waiving to thousands of supporters. She spoke of her relationship with President Obama,
“See everyone liked my speech (at the DNC) but I had good material to work with. Yes he was handsome, still is charming, and oh so smart, but that is not why I married him…what really made me fall in love with Barack Obama was his character.”
She also shared how the history of the Presidents value system and how he fought for women’s rights, health care, affordable aid for students and more.
“We learned that how hard we work matters more than how much we make.
The first Lady’s speech ended with the crowd chanting, “Forward not Backward”.
