Promoting her latest ‘Two Eleven’ album, B-Rocka has been spotted promoting in NYC. Anywho, what do we think of Brandy’s outfit–HAUTE or HOT A** Mess?

Really don’t care for the jeans. Looks as if she has a male’s perspective in the crotch along with the look of getting them out of the dirty clothes. The unkempt wrinkle look is not it.

Brandy just tries too hard to be something she isn’t. I’m not buying that she wears any of this on the regular. She never looks comfortable and her style is a knock off of other celebs

She is trying to pull off the retro/skateboard look that SOME celebs can pull off so well. She however, can’t. She clearly looks uncomfortable in this get up.
