Katrina Delayed Paperwork in Lil Wayne’s Paternity Suit
A Missouri woman, and her grandmother, are alleging that Lil Wayne fathered a child back in 2002. Back story here. It’s eight years later and we are all wondering, what took the potential baby mama so long?

Allegedly, it’s Hurricane Katrina’s fault. The lawyer of the child’s grandmother, who filed the paper work, said that “the New Orleans court system moved at a ridiculously slow pace anyway — and after Katrina hit in 2005 … all sorts of court records pertaining to the case were destroyed … and their case was delayed by a matter of years.”
If Wayne is the papa, this would be his 5th child.
