It’s called Male Enhancement Affirm XL. The pill is an all natural, doctor recommended male enhancement product (or so they say).

Not that we care at all, but apparently, Warren G doesn’t “really need it.” “I am the original Regulator; I don’t need nothing, but I believe in Affirm XL,” Warren G told AllHipHop.com in a statement.
