Lady Gaga (and her momma Cynthia Germanotta) swung thru BET’s 106 & Park to promote her new album, ‘Born This Way.’ I don’t know how she does it, but with help of the show’s co-host, she managed to make it out wearing some stilt-like kicks. Isn’t her momma adorable? Peep the pix.
