Monday night, Lady Gaga was spotted toasting and pouring out a lil liquor during the New York Giants game. According to her twitter, she was celebrating “Brandon’s” birthday. Who the eff is Brandon? Who knows. But he’s worthy enuff to have a lil bubbly spilled out of her VIP box.
