Exclusive :: Did Diddy Throw Ice & Start Vodka Fight w/ Kenny Burns?
Over the weekend, tons of celebs, party-goers and hip-hop fans were in Atlanta for BET’s Annual Hip-Hop Awards. And Saturday night, a highly publicized Ciroc (sponsored) party took place at a popular club called Compound. Sunday morning, the internet was buzzing that a fight or altercation occurred between two well-known celebs, that attended the party.
Rumor has it that V-103’s Kenny Burns, who is also a Brand Ambassador for Grey Goose, and Diddy, who holds part ownership in Ciroc, got into an altercation during the party.
Here’s footage of the alleged incident.
Now, what you didn’t see is the back-story and one-side of what really happened. As we know, there are THREE sides of the story. Here is an EXCLUSIVE scoop on what happened. Unfortunately, I can not share my source (so If you don’t want to believe me, I certainly understand), but here is what happened.
(Sidebar: There is a big ass Grey Goose billboard (that I saw with my own eyes) that is in very close proximity to Justin’s, which is Diddy’s Restaurant..)
What really happened at the party? When Diddy and company arrived to Compound, Kenny (accidentally or intentionally), had servers bring out 10 bottles of Grey Goose, with sparklers. Kenny’s table and Diddy’s table were across the dance floor from each other, so we can only assume that Diddy saw this. Kenny later had another 10 bottles, with sparklers brought out. Meanwhile, Diddy appeared to be agitated by the situation.
So how did the incident start? Diddy allegedly threw some ice (at 0:43 mark) that hit Ricky Parker, Kenny Burns’ close friend, who was at the table with Kenny. The ice allegedly hit Ricky in the eye, which caused Ricky to attempt to confront Diddy. Diddy was heard calling Ricky gay, because he was wearing a purple shirt “What kinda nigga wears a purple shirt? What the fuck you gonna do? This is my house!”, along with some other comedic one-liners. Kenny then approached Diddy and the two exchanged words about the incident, but nothing physically occurred.
Meanwhile, T.I., who literally was just released from a half-way house, was partying (it was a “Welcome Home” party for him as well) at Compound, in between the two tables, and was not a fan of what was about to be a HUGE altercation, over what appears to be a “vodka-war.” T.I. expressed his displeasure and appears to have not taken a side. On the clip, you can hear T.I. saying this he was not a fan (“Fuck that shit, let them niggas drink what they wanna drink”) of what was going down and you can see Diddy clearly saying “Don’t do that.”
Bottom line, there was no fight between Diddy and Kenny Burns, HOWEVER, Diddy did allegedly throw ice at Ricky Parker and that’s what started the entire incident. The funniest part of the story, that hasn’t been shown on video yet, is Diddy yelling “F*ck y’all light skinned n*ggas!” Happy Sunday!
