Video : Lady Gaga Gives Clinton, Marilyn Monroe For His Birthday

Saturday night, Lady Gaga performed at A Decade of Difference concert and performed a special Marilyn Monroe inspired  “Happy Birthday” to President Clinton, who was celebrating is 65th birthday. In her tribute, she shared with the audience, “I always wanted a Marilyn moment — but didn’t want it to involve pills and pearls.”
