Ludacris Denies Plans to Ghost Write Justin Bieber’s Cypher

Earlier this week, it was reported that DJ Premier turned down Justin Bieber’s request to participate in the BET Hip-Hop Awards cypher. Premier said that he denied Bieber, because the young singer had wanted Ludacris to ghostwrite his cypher rhymes for him.
