Beyonce Drops “Party” Teaser, No Sign of Andre 3000 + Solange & J.Cole Spotted

Monday, BET’s 106 & Park released a teaser for Beyonce’s upcoming video, “Party.” And while we only see about :30 seconds of the video, one can only assume that Andre 3000 won’t be featured on the video. *sigh* But don’t fret, we peeped J.Cole and Solange’s cameo. Check the teaser.
