Humble-Pie :: AFL Offers to Pay Terrell Owens $400 Per Week

As some of you know, 37-year-old NFL’er Terrell Owens has been recovering from an ACL surgery, since injuring himself last season. The other day, Owens staged a workout for TV cameras and unfortunately no NFL scouts showed up. HOWEVER, he did get a potential offer from the Arena Football League (AFL). The Chicago Rush has offered him a contract of $400 per week, which is traditional for a normal player in the AFL. Ouch! Peep the full story here.
